Every negotiation is different and requires a different approach. We know how to best present your offer to a selling agent. We will agree a negotiation strategy with you and work to secure the most favourable terms with the selling agent.
3. Purchase progression
Our priority is to get your purchase over the line. We will ensure you are prepared for each step of the French system - thereby minimising delay. We will work with the selling agent and chosen notaire on your behalf, maintaining relationships and acting as the point of contact throughout.
We will arrange for a handover walkthrough to ensure that prior to the completion we understand all aspects of the property, making sure that your new home is suitable and ready for you upon your arrival.
4. Completion management
We believe it’s important that your new property feels like home as soon as you put the key in the door. That’s why your property will be visited on the day of completion to make sure everything is in order, and just how you would like to find it.
Only when we are completely satisfied everything is exactly how it should be, will we advise and support you in the final signing of the Acte de Vente and the property will be yours.
